Users must provide accurate data. Phone/email verification may be required. Providers may need professional identity verification before activation.

3. Bookings & orders

Availability and cancellation policies belong to the provider. Commissions and credit limits follow contract and admin settings.

4. Prescriptions & medical files

Uploaded documents and results are for legitimate medical use only.

5. Payments

Cash on delivery or other methods may apply. Fees and commissions are shown before checkout when possible.
